"A Taste for Life": a 10-day yoga retreat on Koh Phangan
Ten days on a tropical island: daily yoga and meditation, breathwork, hidden beaches, waterfalls and temples. A full reset for body and mind. The retreat is held in Russian.

Not a holiday with yoga, but a reset with soul
Daily practice
1.5–2.5 hours of yoga and meditation a day: gentle openings, breathwork with essential oils, detox yoga, yoga nidra, partner yoga and closing integration practices.
Meditation training
Group sessions with Vladimir Kursov, psychologist (Moscow State University) and vipassana meditation teacher.
The island itself
Three excursions: temples and viewpoints, Than Sadet waterfall, Bottle Beach and Koh Ma, and a full day in Ang Thong Marine Park with snorkelling and kayaking.
The stay
A seaside stay, included
We will stay at a comfortable seaside resort on Koh Phangan. The exact venue is confirmed closer to the date and shared with every participant personally. Double and single rooms are available.
Your price includes the room, breakfasts, pier transfer, the full practice program and all three excursions.
Day by day
Ten days, one arc
The program balances gentle, mindful practice with real exploration of the island. The order of days may shift with weather and local holidays, but everything promised gets delivered.
Day 1. Arrival & opening circle
Transfer from the pier, rest, and the opening ceremony: setting intentions for the ten days ahead and meeting the group. Dinner at the resort.
Day 2. Gentle beginnings
Morning yoga to ease into practice. A trip to a clifftop café with turquoise water below, swimming and snorkelling among the fish. Evening meditation session.
Day 3. The breath
Breathwork with essential oils, the most accessible tool for managing your inner state. Beach time, evening relax-yoga and meditation.
Day 4. Temples & viewpoints
Morning yoga, then Guanyin Temple, Wat Phu Khao Noi, and a trek to the Bottle Beach viewpoint with a nature-elements meditation, followed by swimming at Bottle Beach itself.
Day 5. Letting go
Dynamic dance meditation with yoga and qigong elements to release muscular and emotional holding. Beach afternoon, evening meditation.
Day 6. Sound & energy
Morning yoga with mantra, chakra meditation and Tibetan bowls. Excursion: Wat Khao Tam temple, the giant Yang Na Yai tree, Than Sadet waterfall and beach.
Day 7. Detox & trust
Detox yoga with abdominal techniques and cleansing breathwork. Koh Ma beach and snorkelling, Wang Sai waterfall and a tea ceremony. Evening partner yoga, a practice of trust.
Day 8. Ang Thong Marine Park
A full day among the 42 islands of the national marine park: snorkelling over coral reefs, kayaking beneath limestone cliffs, the Emerald Lagoon viewpoint, lunch on a white-sand beach. Evening yoga nidra.
Day 9. Self-care day
Facial self-massage and meditation, free beach time, a visit to a massage centre in Thong Sala and a stroll through the local market.
Day 10. Integration & closing
A closing practice to anchor everything you have gained, gratitude practice, sharing circle and closing ceremony. Farewell dinner and ecstatic dance.

Daria Iashchandrinskaia, certified hatha and vinyasa flow teacher with 12+ years of practice, organiser of 10+ yoga tours across India, Crimea, Sochi, Abkhazia, the Caucasus and Thailand, and co-founder of the "Space" mindful-practice venue on Koh Phangan.
Vladimir Kursov, meditation teacher and psychophysiologist, a psychology graduate of Moscow State University, university lecturer on non-pharmacological approaches to stress and burnout.
