Practising together

Group Yoga Classes: online and in person

A small circle of mats and a practice that moves with the breath. Two options: online from anywhere, or in person on the island. No competition and no comparison. Just people coming back to their bodies, together.

Inside a class

What we practise

Hatha & vinyasa flow

Classical hatha and flowing vinyasa sequences that build logically, pose into pose, with variations offered for every level in the room.

Breath & attention

Breathwork woven through every class: the simplest tool for shifting your state, and one you take home with you.

Deep relaxation

Every class closes with real rest, savasana or yoga nidra, so the nervous system absorbs the practice instead of rushing to the next thing.

Levels

Beginners welcome. Experienced practitioners gently challenged

Every pose comes in accessible variations, and I keep an eye on each student. Newcomers settle in without the fear of "doing it wrong"; experienced practitioners get finer work, breath, alignment, and the details that make familiar poses new again.

  • small groups, everyone gets attention;
  • pose variations for every level;
  • classes run in Russian and in English;
  • a supportive, non-competitive atmosphere.

What to bring

After practice
I'm not new to yoga, but her teaching is captivating. The asanas flowed logically, one into another, I could practise almost meditatively, which matters a lot to me. And for beginners she's simply a find: after first classes like these, people genuinely believe in their own abilities.
